At ShortHeels.com, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return (unless defective).


2. Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@shortheels.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items not in original condition (worn, washed, or altered)
